Nigeria – Job description Senior Drilling Engineer: • Interfacing with clients to understand well requirements • Technical responsibility for preparation of well designs including well trajectory, anti-collision, BHA’s, torque & drag, hydraulics • Preparation, technical ownership and communication of drilling programs • Ensuring Well Plans, Designs, and Drilling Programs comply with Company SQ, HSE and IT policies and procedures and with customer / local regulations. • Collects and collates information to monitor performance indicators (KPIs), to measure the quality and cost effectiveness of, and benchmark D&M drilling performance. • Monitoring operations and providing support as required • Supervising and mentoring junior engineers.
