Engineering/Construction Project Manager – Nigeria

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd – Nigeria – Immediate requirement for an experienced Engineering/Construction Project manager with Civil engineering experience in Nigeria. Project Value £30M, Duration 18months. The Job Role For this project it is important that the successful candidate has extensive knowledge and relevant experience in overseeing the design, quality, safety, cost control and construction of Brownfield manufacturing sites The project includes Civil (New Building, upgrades to infrastructure/Utilities) as well as Process Scope (New installation of manufacturing lines) Must have ability for planning and establishing priorities; coordinating and monitoring the work of others, and delegating responsibility where appropriate; Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills; Resourcefulness, initiative, and maturity of judgement. Specified technical and quality standards must also be achieved and adhered to. It may also be possible to combine the role with more hands on management of of Civil/Architectural Design however
